What is an "automation action"?
One action = one outbound message your automation sends on your behalf. Simple and predictable:
- A campaign to 5,000 contacts = 5,000 actions (one per recipient).
- A bot answering one chat = 1 action.
- An AI agent reply = 1 action + 1 AI reply.
- A message sent via the API = 1 action.
Never counted, never blocked: inbound, human replies, internal notes and system messages.
Some bot replies happen inside Meta's free 24h service window - Meta charges ₪0 for those, and we still count 1 action. Actions meter the work our automation does for you - not WhatsApp message fees, and human conversation is always free.

What is an "automation action"?+
One action = one outbound message your automation sends on your behalf: a bot or flow reply (1 action), a broadcast (1 action per recipient - a 5,000-person campaign = 5,000 actions), an AI agent reply (1 action + 1 AI reply) and a message sent via the API (1 action). Inbound, human replies, internal notes and system messages are always free and never counted. Actions meter the work our automation does - not WhatsApp fees, which you pay Meta directly at cost.
Is there really no markup on WhatsApp messages?+
None. Wazza is a Meta Tech Provider - each business connects its own WhatsApp number with its own payment method, and WhatsApp fees are paid directly to Meta. We don't add a cent. For reference, Meta's Israel rates: marketing ~₪0.13, utility/auth ~₪0.02, and the 24-hour service window is free.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?+
Your WhatsApp never breaks. Inbound and human replies always keep working. When actions run out, buy an action pack (₪49 for 5,000, rolls over up to 3 months) or upgrade - and we surface it exactly when it matters, like before you send a large campaign. Numbers are never disconnected and data is never deleted over billing.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?+
Yes - Meta's official signup popup migrates your WhatsApp Business number, or registers a new one. Your chat history stays on your phone; new conversations flow into Wazza.
What's an "AI build"?+
Any AI action: generating a bot from a description, refining or editing it by chatting, or importing knowledge from your website. Editing manually in the builder is always free and unlimited. Trial includes 10 builds a month, Growth 20 and Agency 100.
What is the Wazza API?+
A workspace-scoped REST API that lets your own system send WhatsApp messages through your connected number, with the conversation landing in the Wazza inbox for a human to continue. For example, a wedding-invitations service sending a reminder to each guest. Each send = 1 automation action. Available on Growth and up; webhooks (inbound events) are Scale-tier.
