Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wazza - the website at wazza.co.il and the Wazza application (together, the "Service"), operated by Wazza Ltd ("Wazza", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

1. The Service

Wazza lets businesses build automated WhatsApp conversations, manage a shared team inbox, send template-based broadcasts, and view analytics, using the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Facebook Login provided by Meta Platforms. Features may evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove functionality.

2. Relationship with WhatsApp and Meta

  • Wazza is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Your use of WhatsApp through the Service is additionally subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Meta's policies (including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy). You are responsible for complying with them.
  • Meta may change, limit, or revoke platform access in ways outside our control; the Service depends on those platforms to function.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people who have not consented to be contacted, in violation of the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or applicable law.
  • Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Probe, disrupt, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service or of Meta's platforms.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as part of your own business use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, including where Meta flags or restricts your WhatsApp Business Account.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content you and your customers exchange through the Service and to the data you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are the controller of your customers' data; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to message them and for honoring their requests (the Service includes tools for contact deletion and export).

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider on the pricing shown at purchase. Message-level charges billed by Meta for WhatsApp conversations are separate and are your responsibility. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Wazza Ltd and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it while your account is in good standing.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and performant but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 7, 9, and 11) survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
